One of the most important aspects of the digital world is being a digital citizen, an acceptable digital citizen. Those who use the online world must be wary of the right and wrongs, the good and the bad, and follow the rules of the online web. Being a member of the NHS HelpDesk means being an excellent digital citizen, therefore we received an entire course on becoming a citizen of the web. The site we used to learn everything required was commonsensemedia.org. There are various levels of digital citizenship and since we are all high school students, we were assigned the grade levels 9-12. In this version there are four units to go through, each incorporating its own section to the whole.
